Returns:

We hope you love every item you get from us, but we understand sometimes things just don't work.

1. Returns are gladly accepted. All items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return an item. No returns accepted after 30 days.

2. We gladly will do an exchange on our items. Be mindful many of our items sell fast and we can not guarantee an item will be in stock.

3. All SALE items are however final sale. 

To initiate a return email, poppyandpolkadot@gmail.com we will send you the next steps to complete that request.  Within 7 days of receipt of your returned item to our store, you will receive an email that the purchase amount has been added to your store account or refunded to your original form of payment.
